  • Heather Felchle

    Heather graduated from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) with a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. She is currently working downtown for a design build firm that specializes in high end, single family homes in the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park. She loves traveling the world with her husband, photography, and running with her dog, JB. Heather became a part of Bright Promises because she feels privileged that she was able to grow up with so many outlets to be educated about numerous issues facing children today. She wants to give every child, who does not have easy access to all the opportunities, the same chance that she did so they grow up to their full potential.

  • Christian Terrado

    Christian has a bachelors degree in Communications from Western Illinois University and a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from DePaul University. He currently works as an IT Analyst for AT&T. In his spare time, he enjoys live music, volunteering and cooking. Christian lives in Lincoln Park where he enjoys staying active by playing soccer and volleyball along with running and biking by the lake front. Christian has been involved with the Bright Promises Foundation for four years and believes in its mission to help the children of Illinois reach their full potential through programs that nurture a healthy and happy lifestyle.

  • Brody Felchle

    Brody grew up in Minneapolis and attended Carleton College before moving to Chicago in 2001. He currently works as a financial services representative downtown. He has always been active in athletics and mindful of healthy eating and activity. Growing up as an only child, he has always enjoyed volunteering with children in both educational and athletic settings. Brody feels the core values of Bright Promises are essential in supporting a healthy and happy lifestyle for today's children.

  • Gregory Gordon

    Gregory is a Production Broker who also works within broadcast television as an Associate Director. His ability to network ideas with the correct groups are the attributes for which he is known. In 2003, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences recognized him with an Emmy for his contribution, in the category - Outstanding Live Sports Series. In 2009, Gregory produced the Bright Promises Foundation - Give Kids a Chance Video, which is currently on the Foundation's web page.

  • Lauren Nikiforak

    Lauren graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She now works as a Financial Analyst for a prominent Chicago hospital. Lauren keeps an active lifestyle by enjoying outdoor activities such as jogging, swimming, and rollerblading by the lake. She joined Bright Promises because she feels it is important to help educate and support the children who may not otherwise have all the resources needed for a successful and happy life.

  • Megan Paone

    Megan graduated from Marquette University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She currently uses her speech therapy expertise as the regional consultant for an amazing Assistive Technology company to provide a voice for those with disabilities. Megan joined the Young Professionals Board of the Bright Promises Foundation because having worked with children of all ages in clinical and educational settings, she feels it’s extremely important to support and encourage kids in a variety of settings, to improve their quality of life. In her free time, Megan enjoys running along the lake, playing sports, reading, traveling, and of course, recruiting energetic Young Professionals for the Bright Promises Foundation.

  • Dave Martin

    Dave Martin is a software developer in Chicago's financial trading industry, currently with OCC, and is a Certified Business Architect. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in MIS from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Dave has worked with Bright Promises in several volunteer capacities since 2007, and is excited by the opportunities and support that BPF is creating for Illinois children.
